Fertility Massage is the combination of several well developed techniques that were developed by Claire Marie Miller.  With Fertility Massage you will experience massage modalities such as abdominal massage, reflexology, fertility awareness protocols, cranio sacral holds and more.

 

Who should receive Fertility Massage:

• Couples preparing to conceive with conscious awareness

• Couples who have been actively trying to conceive and want the support to open the body to the energy of conception

• Couples who are using assisted reproductive technology either supplementation's, Intrauterine insemination (IUI) or invitrofertilization (IVF).

• Couples who are open to learning to do the fertility massage techniques. Claire recommends that couples be taught how to massage each other with this protocol, so that they may receive this therapeutic session more often. This will also serve to strengthen their bonds as they enter into creating and expanding their family.

What to expect in a session:

• A relaxing castor oil pack and instructions on how to create and use a pack at home for cleansing the digestive system and dissolving adhesion's, cysts. 

• Calming and centering cranial-sacral holds for balancing and centering

• Integrative Reflexology® for fertility, stimulating reproductive areas, endocrine glands and the digestive system

• Deep pelvic work to break up adhesion's and increase blood to all pelvic organs

• Shiatsu points to increase the chi (energy) through the reproductive areas

• Fertility wisdom - includes knowledge about timing and awareness for potential conception

• Specific aromatherapy for optimal hormonal functioning

• Visualization techniques for tuning in and opening up the conception channel

• It is best not to receive this work when menstruating or possibly pregnant. Please discuss with your therapist the best timing for appointments

You first session is 2 hours long. The first 30 minutes is a free consultation and followed by a 90 Minute Fertility Massage Session.  It is recommended that you schedule your first appointment right after your menstrual cycle (light bleed).  With your first session you also receive an essential oil blended roll-on to assist with your conception journey and a hot fertility herbal tea to go.

3 to 4 sessions are recommended between the time of menstruation to ovulation to prepare the body for conception.  And this may take several months of preparation.

One 90 Minute Session is $149.00

Although there has been large amounts of success with the Fertility Massage Protocols; there is no guarantee that this will provide conception.  Every body is different.  These sessions are to balance your body and prepare your body for possible conception.

Delivery Support Massage Services:

 

Delivery Support is the support by a certified prenatal massage therapist to help provide a calm and relaxing environment for the expectant mother as she prepares to welcome her little one into the world.  

 

The massage therapist is there to massage, ease, hold her hand and relieve the father for breaks.  

The Licensed Massage Therapist is there through the entire labor and delivery process to provide additional support.  This support is wonderful for natural labor to help the expectant mother overcome obstacles she may or may not face with the contractions.

 

"Ashley was on my support team for the labor or my first baby this past August. I went 20+ hours completely med free and Ashley and her massage techniques where a major help to my pain management. She helped me stay relaxed and focused. She was there to let me squeeze her hand, get me drinks, help my hubby and of course give massage when needed during and between contractions. She really was an amazing help and will book her again for my second child whenever that may be. I also went to Stacey and Ashley for prenatal massage throughout my pregnancy and it was very relaxing on the sore hips. Ashley also provided me with an assisted induction massage as I was 2 weeks late and I ended up going into labor naturally a couple days after my massage and didn't need the medical induction that was scheduled.
