Infrared Sauna

Take 30 minutes to slow down, warm up, and reset.

Our Clearlight Infrared Sauna creates a gentle, relaxing warmth that surrounds your body and allows you to fully unwind. The heat encourages circulation and perspiration while helping ease everyday muscle and joint tension.

It’s a simple way to add a little extra relaxation to your visit, whether you’re coming in after a massage, looking to loosen up, or just need some quiet time to yourself.

What makes infrared different?

Unlike a traditional sauna, which heats the air around you, an infrared sauna uses infrared light to gently warm your body directly. Because the air itself doesn't need to get as hot, infrared saunas can feel more comfortable and easier to relax in.

And unlike a steam room, there’s no humidity or heavy steam. Instead, you get a dry, gentle heat that allows you to relax and enjoy the warmth without the stuffy feeling of a steam room.

Think of it as a quieter, more comfortable way to enjoy the benefits of heat therapy, without sitting in an extremely hot room.

Make your sauna session part of your regular self-care routine or add one onto your next visit.

Red Light Therapy

Give yourself another 30 minutes to relax and recharge with red light therapy.

Red light therapy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light as part of a wellness and self-care routine. It’s a relaxing way to spend a little more time taking care of yourself.
