Each month on the date you signed up/ purchased your membership your credit card or debit card will be charged the membership price. Once your card is approved this will automatically role a one hour service onto your account for your use at any time throughout the month.
All you have to do is book your appointment.
Can't make it one month? No worries, as long as you are a member at Open Arms, those one hour credits will never expire. However, if you choose to cancel your membership you will have to pay the remaining balance of that service cost.
(Ex. Deep Tissue cost $95 so you would owe the difference $30)

Cancellation policy - Includes a 24 hour notice of cancelling an appointment. Same day cancellation will be charged 100% of their missed appointment. Second no show to an appointment with no phone call; will forfeit their hour service for the month. Pre-paid services are nonrefundable and can only be used as services at the studio.
A Written Noticed is required for all cancellations.
Once your membership is canceled your pre-paids are good
for the amount purchased. All memberships are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
