Kids Movement & Mindfulness
JUST LIKE US, OUR CHILDREN LIVE IN A VERY BUSY WORLD.
From the moment they are born, kids are bombarded with ever-increasing pressures: innumerable lessons, academic expectations, competitive sports, socializing, and the business of growing up!
The white -knuckle pace of modern-day life leaves them with little time to relax or the skills to do so. This is constant stress directly impacting a child's mental and physical health.
Through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, children learn to regulate, focus and connect.
Kids Movement & Mindfulness
Through games, songs, stories, crafts and more; children can be taught breathing instruction, meditation practice, movement exploration and deep relaxation.
Each week instructor Ms. Ashley Hirzel puts together full lesson plans full of games, stories and laughter!
Most of all your children learn to have confidence, resilience, focus, impulse control, strength, kindness
& empathy.
Registration is now closed for the summer series. Each series is complied of 5 to 6 classes depending on studio availability.
